COLUMBUS, Ohio (June 18, 2007) Superconductive Components, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SCCI), dba SCI Engineered Materials, a manufacturer of high quality sputtering targets for select markets in the physical vapor deposition industry, today announced that it’s 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 25, 2007, has been postponed.
An amended Proxy Statement will be issued in the near future to shareholders of record on a date to be determined by the Board of Directors. It will include the same proposals as the original Proxy Statement filed on April 30, 2007.
